Wow
Pros
The eye just pulls you in. Everything just kind of converges there. I love it.
The black hood creates a great push-and-pull factor with the hair.
The contrast of the mostly black and white hood, hair, and background and the prominent color of the face and especially the eye is wonderful.
All of the lines in the photograph; the hair, the hood, and even the eyebrow; creates movement for the viewers eye throughout the photograph, allowing the viewer to see the entire piece and take it in, but also inevitably the lines lead the viewers eye to the eye and the serious and almost mystical expression.
The expression allows for some mysterious and mystical atmosphere.
The hood is well placed around her left eye.
The background is blurred out clears any distractions there would have been before.

Cons
The only thing I would really say here is the fingers seem to be a little distracting. They just seem to be kinda there.

Ideas for Future Photo Shoots
You could really do a few things for the fingers.

You could either just pull the fingers up a bit so they are our of the photograph completely.
Or you could try and get the finger in focus a bit more.
I would suggest making the fingers a lot straighter, almost pointing at the eye. Making the thumb that is shadowed quite a bit almost as prominent as the others. Don't let the fingers focus be stronger than the face though!

Overall
It's a wonderful photograph.
The photograph, in its entirety, successfully creates mood and tone which intrigues the viewer.

i don't critique much so please bear with me. first of all, she is stunning. her pose is perfect and her eye contact with the camera is amazing. The contrast between the dark cloth and her pale skin uniquely highlights the blue in her eyes. The clarity of different colors in her iris is just... wow. i think not photoshopping it was a great idea. with the smoothness of everything else, i think that making her skin flawless would have really detracted from the photo and made it look fake. you use her natural beauty and that's uncommon. i have to say that it was the one thing on the screen that just grabbed me.
